                                Location: Ada, MI

                                Date Played:  Sep. 2011

Clubhouse and Staff:  The pro shop is connected to a large banquet room that includes a wrap around bar.  Excellent food and good service.  The pro shop has a small but good selection of clubs and apparel.  Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Course Conditions:  Wide fairways and big greens.  The greens roll beautifully and are in pristine condition.  The grounds crew has made significant updates to the course over the past few years, installing several deep bunkers throughout the course.

Playability: Very playable course.  The wide fairways allow for some small mistakes off the tee.  However, bad shots are punished by long grass and wooded areas throughout the course.  The undulating greens can be very difficult if you leave your ball in the wrong spot.

Scenery:  Beautiful rolling hills and secluded wooded areas.  It is not uncommon to see deer, especially on a summer evening.

Value:  Competitive rates in spring, summer, and fall seasons.

Overall Experience:  One of the top courses in West Michigan at a good value.  A must play for anyone in the area.
