Wallinwood Springs Golf Club
Location: Jenison, MI
Date Played: Oct. 2011
Clubhouse and Staff: Nice, older clubhouse with a huge restaurant and banquet hall. A friendly, informative staff.
Course Conditions: Wallinwood Springs has two very different nines. The front 9 is quite wide open, and the course conditions are sub-par at best. The back nine is much tighter, and the fairways and greens are in much better shape.
Playability: A very playable course, although the front nine is much easier than the back nine.
Scenery: Some beautiful, large homes on the front nine. The back nine features water hazards, wooded areas, and wildlife.
Value: As in most cases, you get what you pay for with Wallinwood Springs.
Overall Experience: A fun course to play with your friends when you are not looking for a serious round of golf.
